Permata Dunia Ir. Dr. Freddy Tan Kheng Suan won the 2021 Merdeka Award Grant for International Attachment. He designed the latest technology of On-Board Charger of Electric Vehicle using futuristic Wide Bandgap Technology. Ir. Dr Freddy graduated from Multimedia University with a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering (first class) and holds a PhD in Power Electronics. Dr. Freddy is a registered professional engineer by the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM), a lecturer at the School of Engineering, a member of the Institution of Engineers Malaysia (MIEM) and also a Microsoft Innovative Educator. Congratulations to Dr. Freddy for your remarkable achievement.
