In a recent visit by the Centre for Alumni, the spotlight was on the dynamic duo behind Ilham Echenta, Ms. Faezah and Mr. Shahrir. Both alumni of Multimedia University (MMU), Faezah graduated in 2007 with a degree in Bachelor of Multimedia (Honours) (Digital Media), while Shahrir also graduated in the same year with a degree in Bachelor of Multimedia (Honours) (Interface Design).
Ms. Faezah, fondly known as Echenta, reminisced about the early days of setting up their business, particularly focusing on the challenges she faced while establishing their turban brand. She credited their success partly to Mr. Shahrir’s skill as a photographer, which played a significant role in boosting their product sales.
Their journey from MMU alumni to successful entrepreneurs is a testament to their creativity, hard work, and dedication. As they continue to make waves in the world of art and business, Faezah and Shahrir serve as an inspiration to aspiring entrepreneurs and artists alike.
