This cinematic triumph began as a bold dream shared by passionate Permata Dunia. Today, it has evolved into a national phenomenon — inspiring audiences across Malaysia and reaching screens in over 50 countries. It’s a true testament to the power of creativity, grit, and teamwork.
Leading this extraordinary journey is Mr. Usamah Zaid Yasin (Faculty of Creative Multimedia, FCM), the CEO of WAU Animation and the visionary director behind Ejen Ali. From his early days as a student to becoming a driving force in Malaysia’s animation scene,Mr. Usamah exemplifies what it means to be a true Permata Dunia. Under his leadership, Ejen Ali not only captured local hearts but also earned international acclaim — with the original series winning Best 3D Animation Programme at the 2016 Asian Television Awards.
