Multimedia University (MMU) was honoured to welcome back its distinguished Permata Dunia Ambassadors during the Integrity & Leadership Talk by YBhg. Tan Sri Dato’ Sri Haji Azam Baki, Chief Commissioner of the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC). The event, held at Dewan Tun Canselor, Cyberjaya Campus, saw an impressive turnout of over 2,200 students, staff, and guests.
Among the proud MMU alumni in attendance were Nurul Hafizah, Nur Raihan Kamar Nordin, Mohd Zapril, and Amirah Shuhaimi. Their return marked more than just a homecoming; it was a meaningful engagement with the university community. They reconnected with fellow alumni, current students, and MMU leadership including Prof. Dato’ Dr. Mazliham Mohd Su’ud, President of MMU, and Prof. Ir. Dr. Zulfadzli Yusoff, VP SEED.
In addition to their presence at the talk, these alumni contributed actively to the event by hosting exhibition booths, reflecting their professional growth and commitment to giving back. Nurul Hafizah, a certified speaker from Wasiyyah Shoppe Berhad, shared her experience alongside Amirah Shuhaimi, Associate Manager at Al Isra’ Group Official Sdn Bhd. Mohd Zapril and Nur Raihan Kamar Nordin, both representing Hong Leong Asset Management Bhd, also participated, with Nur Raihan serving as a Unit Manager Agency.
Their continued engagement with the MMU community demonstrates the strong Permata Dunia spirit, where alumni shine beyond borders and remain dedicated to supporting the university’s development. The Centre for Alumni extends its appreciation for their ongoing collaboration in strengthening alumni networks, inspiring current students, and supporting initiatives such as the 12,000 LinkedIn Connections Campaign.
