On behalf of the Centre for Alumni, we extend our heartfelt congratulations to Mohd Azrai Fahmi Bin Mohd Zain, an esteemed alumnus and accomplished Executive Producer and Director at Gambo TV. We are proud to recognize Azrai’s recent significant achievements in the television industry.
Holding a Bachelor of Multimedia (Honours) in Digital Media from the Faculty of Creative Multimedia (FCM), Mohd Azrai has consistently demonstrated his creative prowess through impactful storytelling. His production, “Bahalol,” which thoughtfully explores themes of autism, received notable acclaim at the 2024 Seri Angkasa Awards (ASA 2024), held at the Putrajaya International Convention Centre (PICC).
We are delighted to share that “Bahalol” not only secured the prestigious Best TV Drama Award but also earned a trophy, a cash prize of RM5,000, and a substantial RM200,000 incentive from the Creative Content Fund (DKK).
This remarkable achievement underscores Azrai’s commitment to producing meaningful content that resonates with audiences and further establishes his presence in the competitive world of television production.
