On 8 January 2026, the Faculty of Management (FOM) welcomed Dr. Kasuma Satria bin Mat Jadi, Chief Human Resources Officer at Perusahaan Otomobil Nasional Sdn. Bhd. (PROTON), following his appointment as a member of the Industry Advisory Panel for the Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) programme.
The visit commenced with a welcoming address by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tan Booi Chen, Dean of the Faculty of Management, together with Dr. Kwan Jing Hui, Deputy Dean (PGC), and members of the Postgraduate and Collaboration Committee (PGC). This was followed by a series of academic discussions and programme reviews led by the DBA Programme Coordinator, Dr. Tan Chi Hau.
Engagements with faculty members and DBA students provided valuable industry-driven perspectives and insights, supporting the programme’s continued relevance, strategic alignment, and responsiveness to evolving industry needs. The session concluded with a token of appreciation presented to Dr. Kasuma in recognition of his contributions and insightful sharing.
