A visit to Rumah Pengasih Warga Prihatin

A trip to Rumah Pengasih Warga Prihatin (RPWP) was an eye opener for Yayasan Universiti Multimedia (YUM) team and Centre for Alumni (CfA) team. On 29 September, a group of YUM and CfA staff visited “perkampungan inovasi” RPWP to explore possible collaboration with Tuan Haji Saiful Nang, one of the 20 founders for the “perkampungan”. Tuan Haji Saiful is Permata Dunia, class of 2001, from the Faculty of Creative Multimedia who obtained a degree in Bachelor of Multimedia (Honours) (Film and Animation).

The team was given a tour around the place to view first-hand on how the teachers and students of the place create, share and realise the ideas. The team was given the opportunity to witness first-hand how the youths at the place become sources of innovators. We were also shown how the youths have become job and opportunity creators in Malaysia.  All the best RPWP!
