Pelangi Project by Saiful Nang

Mr Saiful bin Nang, a class of 2001 graduated from the Faculty of Creative Multimedia, has not failed Malaysians, as always.  In April, Mr Saiful, the Co-founder of Rumah Pengasih, has coordinated the effort of the occupants to produce Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for frontliners under the name “Projek Pelangi”.  It was an effort to overcome PPE shortage crisis at the time.  The help originally started to assist Sg Buloh hospital but after a few days the list grew to include areas in Johor, Perak, Sabah, Sarawak.

Mr Saiful or popularly known as Saiful Nang, had set up https://projekpelangi.com/ for the effort and urged the public to share whatever amount they could afford, all for a good cause for the benefit of the nation. He calls out to all Malaysians of all walks of life to contribute from their home with whatever means suitable to them.  He believed any small amount was commendable and would surely help Malaysia fight COVID-19.
