On 18th April 2023, a virtual coaching workshop, 3-Minutes Thesis Coaching by Mrs. Ts Dr Heidi Tan Yeen-Ju, FCM Alumni, Doctor of Philosophy (Creative Multimedia) and Mrs. Dr Syarifah Nurleyana Wafa, FCM Alumni, Bachelor of Multimedia (Honours) (Media Innovation). Previously, Mrs. Ts Dr Heidi Tan won the national level 3MT competition in 2018 and Mrs. Dr Syarifah Nurleyana Wafa placed in the top three of the competition at RMIT University in 2020. The coaching workshop was held on Google Meet and attended by FCM postgraduate students to help them to prepare for their 3-Minute Thesis Competition or for those who are considering to enter future contest. They will impart their advice and methods for making a three-minute presentation that is understandable, succinct, and interesting. This is the biggest opportunity for the students to develop communication and presentation skills.
