In another session of Permata Dunia Returns, we have Mr. Puven Sangaran, who graduated from the Faculty of Engineering and Technology (FET) in 2006 and is now working as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of CTOS Basis Sdn Bhd. The session entitled “Basic Commercial Models: How to Think About Business Problems” was held on May 8, 2023, and attended by 30 students from the Faculty of Management (FOM). From this session, participants have learned which business model should be used for long-term business sustainability and how to increase profitability. Mr. Puven also spoke about his experience in business to encourage undergraduate students. At the end of the sessions, a closing speech was given by Dr. Mohd Fairuz Abd Rahim to express his gratitude towards the participants and Mr. Puven, who made the session possible. Dr. Mohd Fairuz also hopes that this session can inspire and motivate students to take action or implement the information they have learned that day.
