Dehviaalini Sivakumar (Diya), class of 2021 graduated from the Faculty of Business with a Master of Business Administration (Hons) Human Resource Management.

With over a decade of experience, and driven by her belief that leadership must balance both performance and humanity, she founded KindFluence Leadership Studio; a human-centered leadership initiative focused on leadership capability, future workforce readiness, sustainable performance, and generational workforce development.
