Iskandar Shah Zulkarnain

Mr. Iskandar Shah Zulkarnain graduated from Faculty of Computing & Informatics in Bachelor of Information Technology (Honours) majoring in Information Systems Engineering, Class of 2004. Mr. Iskandar is currently the Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO) of Bank Islam Malaysia Berhad and was appointed as the CHRO in 2019. In his role, he is responsible for managing the bank’s human resources function, including recruitment, training and development, talent management, and employee engagement.

Prior to that, he held the positions of partner at Shell Malaysia Ltd, Senior Manager in charge of Human Resources at Malayan Banking Bhd, Director in charge of Human Resources at Al Rajhi Bank Malaysia, and Head of Human Resources at HSBC Amanah Malaysia Bhd.
