Juhaida Joemin

Juhaida Joemin graduated from MMU with Bachelor of Multimedia (Honours) Film and Animation in 2001, from the Faculty of Creative Multimedia.

She is the Managing Director and Co-Founder of GIGGLE GARAGE Sdn Bhd. Giggle Garage Sdn Bhd creates original character brands and animated contents of high quality children & family entertainment worldwide. In 2019, Juhaida Joemin was awarded the Women Entrepreneur Icon (Digital) by the Ministry of Entrepreneur Development Malaysia for allowing chances and openings to women in the digital field. 

From 2011 to 2021, key creators at GIGGLE GARAGE Sdn Bhd and the shows produced from this company have received various awards such as the Golden Prize, 14th Tokyo Broadcast Systems “Digital Contents Animation & Movie” 2012, Malaysia and Grand Prize, Best 3D Animation, Asian Television Awards in 2016. Furthermore, in 2021, Juhaida Joemin is also appointed as an Adjunct Professor of Faculty of Creative Multimedia, MMU.
