Raymond Malinga

Raymond Malinga graduated from MMU with Bachelor of Multimedia Animation and Visual Effects class of 2015. He is now the CEO of Creatures Animation studio based in Kampala, Uganda.He directed a short animated film “A Kalabanda Ate my Homework” that was selected in the Festival De Cannes Short Film Corner 2018 as well as winning multiple awards around the world.

His graduation short film White Collar Time (2014) earned him several accolades in several International student film award competitions. He worked on hit animated Malaysian Series Ejen Ali for Wau Animation Studio as an Animator, Screenwriter and Concept Developer.

 Mr Raymond is currently the CEO of Creatures Animation Studio based in Uganda. This news was announced on Disney+ Media & Entertainment Distribution on 17 June 2021.
