A forum entitled “Internship – What do employers look for?” was organised by the Advertising Design program on 12 January 2023 at 2:30 PM until 3:30 PM. Three panellists were invited to the forum which is Ismail Abd Malek, Founder of HeyMasta and two Permata Dunia which is Dafyasa Pradipta, CEO of De’xandara Indonesia and Natalia Abdul Ghani, Director of Acorn Communications. Both of them graduated from FCM in 2012 and 2004, respectively.
From this forum, attendees had the opportunity to hear from employers that represented both agencies and clients, who shared insights on what it takes to succeed in an internship program and how to maximise the experience. The event was conducted in hybrid mode, with participants having the option to attend in person at FCM Meeting Room B or join via Google Meet. The forum was open to all MMU students and staff.
